Overview:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as accounts payable, submitting orders, and organizing documents - Assist with calendar management - Provide customer service and support to clients - Support the team with various administrative tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred - Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment - Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in a residential construction is a plus - Interior Design or Social Media experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
