This person will be responsible for estimating all costs on commercial projects including buildings, offices, tank farms, piping, and other oil and gas related projects.
Responsibilities:
Able to read and interpret Civil, Mechanical, and Structural drawings in order to prepare detailed estimates showing all costs Calculate expected job costs using labor and material pricing as well as historical data Track real time costs of ongoing projects using spreadsheets Work with Project Managers on take offs Prepare estimates for use in selecting subcontractors and vendors Help procure and order materials for jobs
Qualifications:
Ability to read and use AutoCAD 3 years experience as a construction estimator Degree in Construction Mgmt or similar field preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.
